Post Malone has opened up on the time he was ‘cursed’ by the world’s most haunted object.
The Better Now hitmaker, 25, suffered a string of bad luck after he made an appearance on Ghost Adventures back in 2018.
During the spooky episode, the rapper was left terrified after host Zak Bagans touched a possessed ‘Dybbuk box’.
Things escalated when Post Malone placed his hand on Zak’s shoulder as the pair endured the spooky atmosphere of the Haunted Museum in Las Vegas.
The dreaded Dybbuk box is so famous that it’s inspired the movie The Possession because it’s thought to house an evil spirit.
After his stint on the much-loved show, the musician believes he was ‘cursed’ after a series of unfortunate events unfolded after he came in contact with the haunted object.
Post was involved in an emergency landing after his private jet’s wheels were damaged in-flight.
Four weeks after that, he was involved in a high-speed car crash.
The Feeling Whitney rapper was also the target of a home invasion when armed intruders broke into a house which he owned.
And after experiencing all the bad luck, the star put it down to the fact he came in contact with the Dybbuk box.
During an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, he recalled: “After we opened up this creepy Dybbuk box, I got in a car accident, I almost had a plane wreck, my house got broken into – all that type of stuff.
“Within a month’s time. It was really, really odd stuff.”
While the incident left him ‘freaked’, Post admitted that he’s “always had an interest in” the supernatural.
The singer previously revealed that he once thought he’d seen a UFO floating through the night sky.
