BHOPAL: After the recommendation of the MP human rights commission, the Guna district administration paid Rs 25,000 as damages to a student. The collector gave this information to the commission.
A man had appealed to the commission that his son was harassed and given a transfer certificate from the school. The commission took cognizance of the incident and conducted regular hearing in the case since October last year. Commission stated in a release that complainant son’s right to education was violated and the district administration should pay Rs 25,000 in damages for it.
