The Juventus forward is back in the squad having missed six matches since last summer’s World Cup.
Portugal haven’t fared too badly in his absence, reaching this summer’s Nations League semi-finals without their talisman.
But the man with 85 goals in 154 international games will be hoping to lead the line once again tonight.
Portugal also host Serbia at the Estadio a Luz on Monday night.
