France and Portugal lock horns in a repeat of the 2016 Euros Final and, once again, there is a good deal on the line.
Didier Deschamps side are 5/4 favourites with Grosvenor Sport to take all three points, which would guarantee them top spot in the group, while the draw is second-most likely at 19/10, with Portugal priced up at 29/10.
On the face of it, a point would suit both sides but France would love to secure top spot in Group F, which would also help to heal old wounds.

Of course, this only serves to increase France’s options, as they didn’t have enough already, and that could spell trouble for a Portugal side that shipped four against Germany in their second match.
Portugal’s attacking prowess could also have its wings clipped by the defensive prowess of France’s midfield dynamo N’Golo Kante, who remains one of the front-runners to land the coveted player of the tournament award. The Chelsea star is a 12/1 chance with Grosvenor Sport.
Portugal can’t allow the game to become open and stretched because that would increase the possibility of a defeat, which could send them home if Hungary were to beat Germany, but they could still struggle to contain a French side that will be keen to avenge their Euro 2016 nightmare.
Portugal need to avoid defeat but that doesn’t mean that they will, especially against the tournament favourites. France to edge this looks a decent wager and as long as Germany don’t lose to Hungary, it will still see Portugal progress from the group.
