Thank you very much for joining me. The report is on its way.

Spain beat Italy to confirm their place as group winners, in case you were wondering.

Full time! Portugal 1-2 Belgium

Portugal fail to get their miracle as Belgium get their first points of the tournament thanks to a late Cayman winner.

Updated

GOAL! Belgium break once more. Wullaert pulls a cross back, Portugal fail to do with it an Cayman gets two chances to finish. Even this referee disallow this one.

THAT IS A GOAL!

NO GOAL! Portugal 1-1 Belgium

Football is a shambles.

POTENTIAL OFFSIDE?! We we back at the monitor.

VAR! There is a goal check and I have no idea why. The goalkeeper just failed to do with it and that’s that.

GOAL! Wullaert sends in a corner from the left. The goalkeeper fails to deal with it, allowing Detruyer to volley at goal but her shot hits her teammate Tysiak in the chest and she claims the goal.

GOAL! Portugal 1-2 Belgium (Tysiak, 90+2)

That looks like a winnner.

90 mins: Belgium almost retake the lead. Detruyer sends in a cross which Wullaert hits first time but the goalkeeper does well to block.

Six minutes added on.

89 mins: Dhont takes down T Pinto, possibly out of frustration.

GOAL! Belgium are complaining that Dhont was fouled in the build up but the referee does not care. A fine through ball splits the defence, Encarnacao latches onto it and beats the goalkeeper at the near post.

GOAL! Portugal 1-1 Belgium (Encarnacao, 87)

It’s all level.

86 mins: Jonathan Pearce trying to sell the idea of TikTok is the moment of the match for me.

85 mins: The Belgium goalkeeper is down. Is this really necessary? This is just a pointless timewasting tactic. Come on, everyone. Grow up.

84 mins: Dolores Silva thinks it is a sensible idea to shoot from 30-odd yards and her effort trundles wide.

82 mins: Fatima Pinto jumps to meet a header, which she flashes just over the bar.

80 mins: Teulings and Janssens off, Dhont and Philtjens on for Belgium.

Marchao replaced by Dolores Silva for Portugal.

78 mins: A lovely floated Wullaert cross comes in from the left and Toloba meets it perfectly, crashing a header against the bar.

76 mins: Belgium are sensible preparing some fresh legs in the form of Dhont.

74 mins: Belgium are eager to leave this tournament with three points to their name. They are throwing themselves in front of every shot and eager to win the ball back on all occasions.

Nazareth shoots from a 25-yard free-kick but it limps wide.

72 mins: Portugal need seven goals in the final 18 minutes to go through! Can they do it?!

Updated

70 mins: Portugal bring on Encarnacao for Diana Silva.

68 mins: VAR is very boring. Cancelling out a very good goal based a 50:50 decision 100 yards from the goal.

Diana Silva is down holding her face after a slight touch from Vanhaevermaet. It is all a pile of nonsense. Get up!

VAR INTERVENES! NO GOAL!

The referee is sent to review a potential foul in the build up. It is very soft after a pull by Detruyer on Jacinto around 100 yards from the Portugal goal.

GOAL! Portugal 0-2 Belgium (Toloba, 64)

WHAT A BREAK!

Updated

63 mins: Alves is down holding her face, claiming an elbow from Detruyer. The Belgian’s hand did catch her but there is nothing sinister to it.

61 mins: Vanhaevermaet is booked for taking down T Pinto. I am not sure it is worth a yellow card but I am not a qualified referee.

Nazareth chips the free-kick into the box ... and straight out for a goal kick.

59 mins: The cameras show Blom on the bench with an ice pack on her knee. I guess it’s good news that she is able to be out there.

57 mins: Jessica Silva is finally on for Capeta.

“This match calls for a port and Belgian chocolate pairing,” writes Peter Oh.

55 mins: Diana Silva – for reasons unknown – shoots from 30 yards plus but it might be the worst struck shot in history, trickling towards the net.

53 mins: It is all Portugal, helped by some poor passing from Belgium. Jacinto wins the ball in midfield and sends Nazareth through, she takes aim but Cuypers slides in to block.

Portugal then think they should have a penalty for a push but nothing is doing.

Down the other end, Toloba flashes a shot over.

51 mins: Spain are now beating Italy to give Portugal some vague hope. I should also say … Portugal have no hope.

They have a corner on the right after a silky bit of skill and shot from Nazareth. It comes to nothing.

49 mins: A dreadful pass backwards from Janssens goes straight to Nazareth who slips in Capeta but her shot is repelled by the goalkeeper.

Updated

47 mins: Detruyer gets down the left and drives in a cross, which deflects into the path of Toloba who drags her shot wide.

Second half

Here we go again!

Alves and Jacinto on for Amado and Norton for Portugal at the break.

Half time: Portugal 0-1 Belgium

Wullaerts’ early goal is the difference but both teams are heading out of the tournament.

45+3 mins: Tatiana Pinto sends a wonderful ball over the top and Cayman completely misjudges it, allowing Capeta through one-on-one but her finish is well saved by the goalkeeper.

Updated

45 mins: Five minutes added on.

44 mins: Portugal are controlling play at the moment. The next step is to actually test the goalkeeper. Belgium will be happy for half time to arrive.

42 mins: It is another shot from Marcao but it flashes wide. A cross may have been a better idea.

40 mins: Portugal are enjoying a first spell of consistent pressure but that is alleviated by an errant pass going out for a goal kick.

Belgium keep trying to pass it out from the back but it is not particularly effective.

38 mins: Marchao takes matter into her own hands and rifles off a shot from 30 yards, which is deflected wide.

36 mins: Marchao lives a lovely pass over the Belgian defence and it looks like Nazareth will latch onto it but there is just too much pace on it.

34 mins: Blom is put onto a stretcher. I think she fell awkwardly, causing a twist in the knee or similar. She is applauded, with her hands covering her face.

Detruyer replaces her.

32 mins: Blom is down in a lot of pain and plenty of medical staff have come to her aid.

30 mins: Diana Silva gets in behind the Belgium defence and sends a weak shot/cross towards the near post. It should not cause any problems, although Lichtfus has other ideas, spilling the ball out. Her blushes are spared thanks to a bad touch from Capeta.

Gomes is booked.

28 mins: Portugal have a free-kick on the left. Nazareth swings it in and Diana Gomes earns herself a great chance but completely miscues the finish, sending the ball well wide from six yards.

26 mins: Portugal do well again in possession and they try to create something on the right before Amado loses the ball Toloba looks to take it clear but is fouled.

24 mins: Portugal work a promising position but then the pass goes straight out of play.

22 mins: Portugal are not in this match at the moment. They, once again, look very meek. They were good in the final 20 minutes against Italy when they upped their intensity and aggression, but have reverted to type.

20 mins: A poor clearance from Costa sends the ball straight up in the air. Morais comes out to punch but incredibly flappy fashion. She need not worry as the referee takes pity on her and awards a free-kick.

Updated

18 mins: Belgium have a corner on the left. Wullaert takes it but the ball basically goes straight out of play.

Diana Silva has a shot from about 30 yards but there is no power in it and the goalkeeper puts her hat on it.

16 mins: Teulings is basically allowed to run the ball back all the way to her own goalkeeper without being challenged. Portugal need to up it here.

14 mins: Spain have levelled against Italy. That is the battle for top spot.

Follow that here.

12 mins: Wullaert cuts in from the left and almost plays the perfect pass through the eye of a needle but it about two inches in front of Vanhaevermaet and she cannot control it.

10 mins: Italy are beating Spain …

So at the moment, Portugal are going out regardless. Not exactly gripping stuff.

8 mins: Belgium seem to be the more relaxed team, aided by the knowledge they have nothing of note to play for.

6 mins: Portugal get up the pitch for the first time. Nazareth gets into the box but cannot muster a chance after being crowded out.

A corner is won and is punched behind for another by Lichtfus.

GOAL! Janssens gets down the right and sends in a low cross. Wullaert times her run perfectly and slides in, poking the ball into the corner. Is this group done and dusted?

GOAL! Portugal 0-1 Belgium (Wullaert, 3)

That’s a fine finish!

2 mins: Belgium make the early running and Vanhaevermaet has a good chance, heading a cross towards goal which Morais does well to hold onto.

Kick off

Peep! Peep! Peep! Here we go!

The players are out on the pitch. Cue the anthems.

Preamble

The equation is not particularly easy for Portugal. They need to beat Belgium and hope Spain do the same to Italy. To make matters more complicated, they need a six-goal swing to move into second. How hard can it be?

Portugal were pretty underwhelming in their first match, getting a bit of a shooing by Spain and followed that up with 70 meek minutes against Italy before coming to life as they chased a goal. They need to keep the momentum gained in those latter stages, be more direct and aggressive to give themselves a chance here.

Belgium are playing for pride and – to a lesser extent – to help out Italy. Spain will be more than happy to steamroller the Italians, so the margins could be tight come the end of 90 minutes.

Kick-off: 8pm BST
