A deaf man is suing adult film giant Pornhub - because he claims it doesn't have subtitles on its videos.
Yaroslav Suris has allegedly filed a lawsuit under the Americans with Disabilities Act as he can't understand some of the website's saucy clips.
Suris is now going after Pornhub as he wants them to be more inclusive, according to reports - and he hopes to win damages.
He claims he watched titles including 'Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew' and 'Sexy Cop Gets Witness to Talk' and was left confused.
But the website's vice-president has dismissed the claims - pointing out that there is a whole CATEGORY with closed captions.
Corey Price told TMZ: "We understand that Yaroslav Suris is suing Pornhub for claiming we've denied the deaf and hearing impaired access to our videos.
"While we do not generally comment on active lawsuits, we'd like to take this opportunity to point out that we do have a closed captions category."
Pornhub recently published its figures for 2019, which revealed the site had an average of a whopping 115 million visits per day.
