Snackers are being warned to check packs of pork scratchings and other items in their cupboards, after fears certain batches may cause food poisoning.
Premium brands The Snaffling Pig Co, Awfully Posh and Openshaws have all been affected by a product recall from manufacturer Fresher Foods, based in Wigan.
The Food Standards Agency has issued an alert on its website that states certain products of these brands should not be consumed and must be taken off shelves because of fears salmonella may be present in the items.

The affected batches, which are mainly pork scratching products but also include scampi bites, are packed in foil packets and glass jars.
And shoppers are being urged to return the product to the store where they bought it and ask for a refund.
You don't need a receipt to get your money back.
Snaffling Pig snacks says on its website that its snacks are sold in Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Asda, and Awfully Posh lists Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Waitrose as its sales partners.

It's the second recall from Snaffling Pig this month, as just weeks ago it issued a warning over some batches of its snacks.
Salmonella can cause serious food poisoning, with symptoms including vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach cramps and a fever.
A rogue batch of pork scratchings put at least a dozen people in hospital with salmonella in August last year in an unrelated recall.
Hundreds of people fell ill after eating the Mr Porky products and 12 were hospitalised.
