At present, the travel sector and its rules can seem a bit confusing - and you're not alone in thinking so.
Whilst some countries are open for UK tourists, others are only letting the fully vaccinated through and some are shutting their borders completely.
For example, after a month-long ban, France have just re-opened their borders for the fully vaccinated today (January 14) after fears over the latest omicron variant spreading.
If you want to visit France however and remain unvaccinated, you'll have to have a "compelling reason" to be given permission to enter.
Malta however have gone in the opposite direction by tightening their travel rules.
It means that from Monday (January 17), UK travellers will need to present proof of vaccination to enter the country with the covid vaccine certificates now only being valid for three months from the second dose.

In addition to this, it also means that anyone who has had a booster dose will have nine months until their vaccine certificate expires and only those who are vaccinated can go to bars, restaurants, gyms, pools, cinemas and sporting events.
Malta joins other countries who are also becoming stricter with Australia, Japan, Gabon and Benin who are only allowing people in for 'essential' purposes only.
So where can you visit with all these covid travel rules in place - and where can you not?
