Popular Skegness seafront hotel for sale - and it could be yours for £1m

A popular hotel located on the seafront in Skegness has been put up for sale online for £1million.

The County Hotel, which has a ballroom, two bars and a car park was built in the 1930s and has been a seafront staple ever since.

The hotel occupies a space on the corner of North Parade and Castleton Boulevard, LincolnshireLive reports.

It is fitted with a reception, two bars, lounge area, restaurant, ballroom, toilet facilities, and a 30-vehicle car park.

Of the 40 en-suite rooms on site, there are 11 single rooms, 14 double rooms, 12 twin rooms, one triple room and two family rooms.

In order to purchase the property, the website indicates that you will have to pay at least one million pounds.

An advertisement posted on the Christie and Co site states: "Skegness remains the most popular seaside resort for the people of the East Midlands and the County Hotel occupies a prominent corner position on North Parade, a short walk from all of the town's main amenities.

"The business, which is currently run under management, derives the majority of its trade from coach tour bookings."
