A POPULAR Scottish nightclub and cocktail bar is on the market after 13 years.
Saint Judes – and the nightclub below, Saint Judes After Dark – is for sale for £200,000 after more than decade of being a popular venue in Glasgow city centre.
The Bath Street venue opened in 2013, with the nightclub previously known as Lola's before being rebranded in 2022.
There are also four floors of function hire suites.
The Scottish Business Agency, who are managing the sale, described the venue as "a well-established and highly recognisable Glasgow hospitality venue, offering a stylish blend of bar, restaurant and late-night entertainment space across a substantial city centre premises".
The site listing continues: "The business combines a contemporary yet characterful fit-out with versatile trading areas suited to daytime dining, evening drinks, private events and late-night trade. Its diverse offering includes quality food service, a strong cocktail and drinks proposition, function and event hire facilities, and an established nightclub element, allowing operators to benefit from multiple revenue streams throughout the week.

The bar and club currently trade Friday to Sunday with a 3am licence.
The details further explain that upon purchasing the business, the lease will be assigned to the buyer.
The lease has "16 years remaining on an FRI basis with an annual rent of £75,000 plus VAT".
