A holiday park near Crianlarich has been put up for sale with a whopping £1.5 million price tag set.
The Portnellan site, which is located at the foot of Ben More, provides an 82 acre site with 22 holiday chalets ranging in size, as well the Victorian Portnellan House itself.
Planning consent has also been granted at the development for an additional 16 chalets and a function room.
The 15th century site has been a popular spot for holiday-makers in recent years, with Portnellan’s current owners reporting annual occupancy rates at 70 per cent and it has scooped several awards.
They include VisitScotland’s Thistle award for ‘Best Accommodation provider’ in the region and a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ awarded by travel site TripAdvisor for the past eight years.
