Popular pub giving children chance to have breakfast with Santa

A popular pub is giving families a chance to breakfast with Santa ahead of Christmas.

The Hutt pub, in Ravenshead, is hosting two Breakfast with Santa events on Tuesday, December 21, and Wednesday, December 22 between 10am-12pm.

The breakfast will include a visit from Santa, balloon modelling and magic with Santa’s head elf and an early Christmas gift for the children who attend.

Also included in the children’s ticket will be a young guest’s breakfast dish, including vegetarian and plant-based options, and a drink.

Parents can also indulge themselves in the brunch menu.

General manager at The Hutt, Kayte Whitehead, has said that the idea came about after a chance to meet Santa at a separate local event was cancelled.

She said: “When we heard of a large event in the local area being cancelled, which has left many people without an opportunity for their children to see Santa ahead of Christmas Day, we wanted to help and make sure no one missed out on those special Christmas moments.

“Our Breakfast with Santa events are open to the whole community, however if people have missed out on other events in the local area, just let us know and we have a limited number of tickets allocated to ensure those that have had events cancelled get to experience some Christmas cheer."

Children's tickets for the event are £10 per child and booking is requiring ahead of attending.
