A music festival that got its start on the Central Coast will make its Newcastle debut this summer.
Rolling Sets will bring its line-up to Newcastle for the first time on Saturday December 5 at Foreshore Park after opening at Ebenezer Park, Tweed Heads on Saturday November 28.
The two venues will replace the festival's previous home on the Central Coast.
Rolling Sets launched at Memorial Park in The Entrance in 2022 with a slew of Australian acts including Hilltop Hoods, DMA's, and Peach PRC.
"The Central Coast will always be a part of the Rolling Sets story. We've loved every minute of building something special at The Entrance and we're incredibly grateful to the community that has supported us from day one," a Rolling Sets spokeswoman said.
"The festival continues to grow and need more space and moving to the Newcastle Foreshore allows us to create a bigger experience for fans while keeping everything that makes Rolling Sets special."
The Newcastle venue will bring increased capacity, more accommodation options and better transport options for audiences from across the state, the organisers said in a statement.
The festival first launched a second site alongside the Central Coast in 2025 with a sellout debut in Tweed Heads.
Last year's line-up included Spacey Jane, Parcels, The Jungle Giants, Skegss and American band Flipturn.
Presented by triple j, Rip Curl and Noisy, the 2026 line-up and ticket information will be announced on Monday June 15 via triple j.
