An Edinburgh toy shop has promised shoppers they will "price match any other store" ahead of Christmas.
Toys Galore, has been trading on Morningside Road since 1981, stocking everything from LEGO to Brio products for youngtsers.
Now, the store's owner, Donald Nairn, has appealed to cash-strapped parents this festive season - with an offer they can't resist.
A statement on Toys Galore Facebook page read: "We will price match any other store in Edinburgh (Smyths, John Lewis etc.), providing they have the item in stock.
"Save yourself the time hassle of going to Fort Kinnaird or Edinburgh city centre and buy your toys from us."
The post has now been shared over 800 times, with one person commenting: "This is great to know!"
Another added: "I used to go here when I was wee for a treat. I loved this shop, I will have to take my little ones there."
Donald told Edinburgh Live that the shop offers competitive prices locally, so customers don't have to travel to other major retailers.
He added that Toys Galore have a lot to offer, with staff that have been working in the store for decades and have extensive product knowledge.
