One of Liverpool’s most popular bars has shared its plans to reopen next month, and they include a new rooftop bar.
PINS Social Club, based on Duke Street, opened earlier this year to huge praise as it transformed what was once a run-down warehouse and car park.
The was was immediately a hit with visitors, offering gaming experiences such as bowling lanes, pool tables, table tennis and shuffleboard.
PINS has been closed since March due to coronavirus, but now that Boris Johnson has confirmed that bars and restaurants across the country can reopen, it's on its way back.
PINS Social Club will reopen from July 4 with a new addition - a rooftop terrace.
PINS The Roof will feature an open air terrace, barbecue area and a full bar.
On The Roof, visitors can spread out across several seating areas, which include a picnic bench seating area, a bar seating area and snug tucked away in the corner.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy some of the classic Pins games, including table tennis and shuffle court, while having a drink.
Daniel Gillbanks, co-founder of PINS Social Club, said: "We’re really excited to be launching our rooftop and to be bringing this new addition to the already thriving Duke Street. Especially as it’s something new to look forward to coming out of lockdown.
"We’re all about good eats and drinks and a healthy dose of competitive socialising. So, our rooftop is going to emulate all of the above, with the added extra of the sunshine."
Work is still ongoing on The Roof, but plans are in place to launch on July 4.
