Popular Lidl middle aisle items cancelled due to delivery issues

Lidl have announced that some of its middle aisle items will not be in store tomorrow due to delivery issues.

The German chain apologised for the inconvenience caused to customers who had been looking forward to nabbing the products.

The cancelled products included many kids toys that would have been perfect for Christmas.

Lidl said that the delivery issues were beyond their control and thanked customers for their understanding.

The cancelled products were:

  • Dressing table
  • Kids' Easel
  • Wooden Toy Play Set Assort
  • Kids' Wooden Toys
  • Talking Teddys
  • Wooden Play Set Assort
  • Wooden Baby Toy
  • Baby Christmas Socks

Lidl said: "Unfortunately due to delivery issues beyond our control, the following middle aisle items due to go on sale Monday 29th November have been cancelled.

"We're sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!"

Customers took to Facebook to voice their disappointment.

One person wrote: "That's a Lidl bit annoying."

A second person said: "Thanks for letting us know and plenty of notice … appreciate it."
