A popular Leeds city centre shop has closed leaving another retail unit empty.
The stylish interior design shop, Fired Earth, has shut down - leaving their employees to look for new jobs.
The store was based in Vicar Lane and had been popular with customers looking to do home improvements.
A sign remains on the empty unit thanking customers for their support.
The notice reads: “We would like to thank all of our loyal Leeds customers for their business over the years - you have been great.”
The Harrogate branch of Fired Earth remains open while customers can still shop online.
The news of the Leeds store’s closure follows the news HMV in the city centre will soon be closing its doors.
