One of Kilmarnock's most popular takeaways is up for sale.
Killer Griller on the town's John Finnie Street has been put on the market by owner Robert Paul.
Boss Robert has told would-be buyers that he is making the tasty venue available for personal reasons.
And he has described the takeaway as being perfect for a business owner looking for a "ready-made" food outlet.
A post on Facebook Marketplace reads: "Due to a change in personal circumstances, I have decided to sell my takeaway.
"Very popular takeaway selling loaded fries, burgers, pizza and loads more. Our style of food is different from most takeaways and we pride ourselves on the quality of ingredients we use which people seem to have embraced.
"Rent is £1,000 a month to a great landlord. At present, we only trade Thursday to Sunday 4.30pm to 9pm so huge potential to open so many more hours as the shop has a late license till 2am seven days.
"We are situated on the main street in Kilmarnock so very visible and popular for walk-ins. The kitchen is very well equipped and designed for fast-paced cooking. We have a huge customer retention rate and good social media following.
"We have our own ecommerce website and app which is listed on Android and Apple. We use Just Eat, Foodhub, Kilmarnock Eats and are just about to be listed on Deliveroo.
