A popular Glasgow chippy is celebrating its first weekend at its newest venue in the city centre.
The Blue Lagoon opened its latest branch in the St Enoch Centre food court on Friday (June 21).
It is the first time the chippy, which owns multiple venues across Glasgow, has opened in a food court.
The team have hailed their first weekend as a success and said: "It’s the first time we have opened in a food court and something we are excited about."
The chain restaurant recently applied to open a new restaurant and takeaway on the corner of Bath Street and West Nile Street
Blue Lagoon also has city centre venues on Argyle Street , Gordon Street and Sauchiehall Street as well as a location in Gallowgate in the east end, Dumbarton Road in Partick and a takeaway in Glasgow Fort.
