One of Edinburgh's most popular food spots has announced an exciting new food venture with the arrival of Poutine Dreams.
In April, Canadian diner Down The Hatch was named one of the best places for brunch in Edinburgh by OpenTable.
With locations on Antigua Street and at Port Edgar Street on South Queensferry, Down The Hatch describe themselves as “...an authentic Canadian diner focusing on diner style food with a fresh locally sourced twist, big flavours, huge portions and all things Canadian!".

And capital foodies will soon get to enjoy more Canadian cuisine, thanks to Poutine Dreams, with a food truck set to park up at several festivals and events in the coming months, including at Open Air Fly and Over The Bridge festivals and the likes of Edinburgh Cocktail Week.
For those who haven't yet had the chance to try, poutine - essentially Canada's unofficial national dish - comprises French fries topped with cheese curds and gravy.
Sharing the exciting news on social media, the Down The Hatch team said: "Introducing our new arm to the business! POUTINE DREAMS!
"Operating out of our mobile food truck we will be popping up at several different events over the next 6-7 months!
"Think Poutine, heaps of poutine, all kinds of wonderful poutine!
"As far as we’re concerned the best food in the world to pair with a drink!!"
