A popular Edinburgh city centre bistro has announced their imminent re-opening date following a hefty refurbishment which saw its doors closed for nearly a month.

Scran Bistro, on Cockburn Street, is set to re-open on Friday, February 3, following the closure at the start of January - and has shared a few sneak peak images of how their new interior is shaping up.

The eatery, which also runs two similar establishments on North Bridge and George IV Bridge, has become one of the go-to destinations for foodies who enjoy exceptional comfort food and mouth-watering milkshakes.
