A central Edinburgh cafe is searching for a new owner after years in the heart of the city centre.
The popular eatery Zest and Co has been advertised as looking for a new leasehold of the business, which is tucked away on Canning Street.
Proving to be a regular for commuters and office workers, the sandwich bar and restaurant has been trading for over 15 years, with the current owner having run it for four.

Now looking for a fresh pair of hands to take on the site, a description of the business reads:

"The business has been trading for over 15 years, with the current owner having run it for the last four.

The business is being offered on a leasehold basis with a long term lease available.
The current rent is £15,000 per annum and 100 per cent rates relief applies under the Small Business Bonus Scheme. Currently owner run, Zest and Co had been operating with two full time and three part time employees.
