An East Lothian cafe have announced they are searching for a new owner to take over the site.
Popular seaside eatery NB Eats have been serving up an array of tasty lunches, cakes and coffees for three years, but have now shared they need someone else to carry on the good work.
Located on 100 High Street in North Berwick, just a few minutes stroll away from the sea, the cafe said their current owner is relocating outside of the area, meaning they can't continue with the job.

In a post, NB Eats said: "Hello Everyone, I have built NB Eats over the last 3 years, and I am proud of our new menu and ice cream. However, it's time for me to move onto pastures new as I am relocating outside of East Lothian.
"I am therefore looking for someone with a passion for food to take over the business to continue developing and growing this thriving business, located in the heart of the high street.
"This really is a super opportunity for someone and I am happy to discuss this with any interested parties or you can see all the details at www.cornerstoneba.co.uk."
