Pope Francis’s Instagram handle again ‘likes’ another bikini model’s photo

Pope Francis’s Instagram account was again seen “liking” a racy picture of a bikini model by social media users, weeks after the Vatican launched an investigation into a similar incident involving a photo of a scantily clad Brazilian model.

The pictures circulating in social media show the Pope’s verified account’s “like” on the picture of OnlyFans model Margott Foxx, dressed in a sheer black swimsuit.

“The pope liked my picture that means I’m going to heaven,” joked the self-styled “tiddy queen” and model of subscription website popular for nude content, OnlyFans.

While screenshots of the Pope’s alleged “like” on the picture circulated in social media with several users joking about it, it could not be confirmed if it has been removed as the model’s account is private.

The “like” from the pontiff’s account – which is typically used to post images and videos of papal appearances and speeches – was first reported by the model back in November. However, it caught the media’s attention after a tweet pointing to it became viral after 22 December.

Earlier in November, Brazilian model Natalia Garibotto received the “Pope’s official blessing” as the pontiff’s account liked her racy, school uniform-inspired picture in stockings and suspenders.

“My mum may hate my ass pics but the Pope be double-tapping,” the Brazilian joked with Barstool Sports at the time.

The Vatican said it had launched a probe to know how the picture was liked, saying “We can exclude that the ‘like’ came from the Holy See, and it has turned to Instagram for explanations.” The “like” was removed after a day but the screenshots were viral.

The Pope’s official Instagram account is followed by 7.5 million people, however, it follows none. His social media accounts are managed by a team of people, which means that the “likes” could be by one of the team members as well.
