Following his historic meeting with Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill in Cuba, Pope Francis will be heading to Mexico for a week-long visit.

Meeting prisoners and victims of violence and poverty in some of the country’s most violent areas has caused some concern for the pope’s safety. But in true Francis style the pontiff has “called for no extraordinary measures” according to Archbishop Alberto Suárez Inda of Morelia. “On the contrary”, he added, the pope intends “to be near the people”.

Whether you’re hoping to be part of the human light chain for his arrival at Benito Juárez airport, making a pilgrimage to the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe or waiting to see him in the popemobile, we’d like to hear from you.
