Pop-up Espresso Martini bar with 20 different recipes arrives in Glasgow

You either love them or hate them, but either way, there's no escaping their popularity.

Espresso Martinis have become the go-to cocktail for so many Glaswegians that a pop-up bar dedicated to them has just arrived in the city.

The Insomnia Espresso Martini Bar will be serving twenty different takes on the classic cocktail.

Each cocktail starts at £6.50 with creations including Toasted Marshmallow, Salted Caramel Espresso, Biscoff Martini and Inferno Martini.

Insomnia Espresso Martini Bar will be tucked inside Stack and Still on West George Street with coffee beans for all the cocktails roasted on site every day.

Stack and Still owner Paul Reynolds said: "It’s been nearly two years since we opened Stack and Still on West George Street and Insomnia is a natural fit within the space and location.

"We have a great team to deliver our award winning service as well as the infrastructure and space to offer an innovative Espresso Martini destination.

"The espresso martini, created in Soho - London in 1983 is fast becoming the hottest in demand cocktail around. We wanted to do something to celebrate the cocktail and we are delighted to partner with Belvedere vodka to create something equally special!"
