Pop star Kavana celebrates three months of sobriety after quitting booze

Pop singer Kavana has shared a motivational post to mark three months of sobriety.

The 43-year-old music star took to Twitter to share an update after he decided to quit booze earlier this year.

Kanava, whose real name is Anthony, revealed that he has found a new sense of freedom and clarity after completely overhauling his life and bidding farewell to all his bad habits.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star also shared an inspirational message with his fans by encouraging those who are currently struggling with alcohol to reach out and seek help.

Alongside a beaming snap, Kavana penned: “3 Months sober today.

“I've been here before but certainly feel a sense of freedom and clarity this time.

“If you are struggling there is no shame in reaching out, in fact it shows strength. And trust me - it helps.”

The pop star’s fans flocked to his latest social media post to share their support after his brave admission.

“Congratulations Hun, be proud of yourself 3 months is a great achievement. You are so right about reaching out there is never any shame in doing so there is always people ready to share support and virtual hugs,” gushed one Twitter user.

“Amazing, well done you, and I agree - no shame in admitting you need help. It’s good to talk,” another echoed.

Meanwhile, a third shared: “I’m so proud of you for this. Congratulations.”

The singer, who shot to fame in the nineties, enjoyed huge success in the music industry with songs including MFEO and a cover of Shalamar’s I Can Make You Feel Good.
