The National Football League is a long shot from kicking off the 2019 season, but there will still be football on for fans to watch in the meantime. The Alliance of American Football (AAF) kicks off Saturday night, which will feature eight teams and will conclude in late-April. The games will be broadcasted on the NFL Network and CBS.
Even though the city of Los Angeles doesn’t have a team, the closest team can be found down south in San Diego, CA, where the Chargers used to play. There will likely be plenty of former and current fans that will be adopting the Fleet, as sports run deep in the city.
Six of the eight teams in the league have former players that used to be a part of the Chargers organization. The majority of them were either undrafted free agents, or picked up through free agency.
This will be the one time that you’ll be able to support a new team without being considered a bandwagon or traitor.
