Poll: What do you think of the Jags’ selection of Laviska Shenault Jr.?

With the No. 42 overall pick, the Jacksonville Jaguars finally got some help on offense with the selection of Colorado Laviska Shenault Jr., who will give the team the physical receiver they’ve been looking for since the loss of Allen Robinson.

The great thing about Shenault is his versatility as he’s played in a variety of spots at Colorado in addition to his primary spot at receiver. Those positions included snaps at slot receiver, wild-cat quarterback, and running back. He was also used in the fashion of a tight end occasionally, too.

One reason he fell to the Jags in the second round was because of health concerns as he battled through injuries in college (missed three games 2018). This offseason he was diagnosed with osteitis pubis, which is inflammation of the pubic bone. However, he was recently cleared and deemed healthy.
