Corey Liuget will be coming off of a torn quad. He will also provide the Chargers a much needed body at defensive tackle. The cupboard is bare at the position with a couple of free agents. We know that Liuget doesn’t have the highest ceiling. He’s competent, though. Remember, if you want a defensive tackle in the draft, that is one of the toughest positions to transition to. Rookies go from playing against maybe one or two NFL guys during their final college season to players they’ve never come close to seeing skill wise.
