Poll: How do Jaguars fans feel about the team trading up for Utah LB Devin Lloyd?

The Jacksonville Jaguars shocked the NFL and elected to trade back into the first round late on Thursday night. They sent the No. 33, No. 106, and No. 180 selections to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in exchange for the 27th overall pick. With it, the Jaguars selected Utah linebacker Devin Lloyd.

He played four seasons with the Utes collecting 256 total tackles, 43 tackles for a loss, 15.5 sacks, five picks, eight pass deflections, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery in his career. In his final year, he racked up 111 tackles, 22 of them for a loss, seven sacks, four picks, six pass deflections, a forced fumble, and afumble recovery.

Jacksonville found a linebacker to pair next to new free agent Foyesade Oluokun after it released Myles Jack as a cap casualty earlier this offseason. They also found a versatile player who could help their pass-rush, too, as he took 129 defensive line snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.

With the pick No. 27, the Jaguars also could’ve used the selection on a wide receiver like Georgia’s George Pickens or North Dakota State receiver Christian Watson to help second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

How do Jaguars fans feel about the team trading back into the first round to take Lloyd?
