The New York Giants and superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. are in the midst of another dramatic turn of events, one which has led to a lot of speculation that the Giants could deal Beckham.
Armed with ample salary cap room and a familiar face in WR coach Adam Henry, who coached Beckham and current Browns WR Jarvis Landry at LSU, the Browns make some natural speculative sense as a possible destination for OBJ.
The cost to acquire him is steep, both in terms of what the Giants might want and then paying Beckham. He signed a 5-year, $95 million deal last summer, a contract which elevated him above Landry as the league’s highest-paid wideout.
