Officiers are advising the public not to approach this wanted man who did not return to prison.
Jon Marc Stephens, 36, failed to return to HMP Leyhill in South Gloucestershire on Wednesday (August 17) having been released on temporary licence, Avon and Somerset Police have said.
He is known to have been in the Severn Beach area until around 1pm on Wednesday. Stephens was wearing black clothing and a fluorescent tabard at the time and has links to the South Wales area.
