Police have released an image of a man who members of the public should not approach and call 999 if they see him.
Richard Smart is wanted on recall to prison and has previously been sentenced for burglaries.
The 53-year-old has links to areas in and around Bristol – Brislington, Kingswood, Speedwell, Knowle and Redland.
He also has links to Bridgwater, Burnham and Winscombe in Somerset -but he’s known to travel all over the South West.
He is described as white, approximately 6ft, average build, with grey hair with facial stubble. He has blue eyes and speaks with a West Country accent.
He also has a small scar above his right eyebrow, and tattoos on his arms.
Anyone who sees Smart should not approach him and call Avon and Somerset Police on 999 and give reference number 5221024377.
If you know of his whereabouts, call 101 and give the call-handler the same reference code.
