Police want to trace this man after driver is threatened at Northumberland pub

Police want to speak to this man as part of an investigation into threatening behaviour in Northumberland.

It was reported that two men approached a car parked at The Island View pub on the A1 near Beal and threatened the driver of the vehicle.

Officers are investigating a public order offence on Wednesday, August 7 and inquiries to identify those involved are ongoing.

One person has already been interviewed under caution by Northumbria Police.

Officers are now releasing an image of a man who was in the pub at the time of the incident and may be able to assist the investigation.

The man, or anyone who knows his identity, is encouraged to contact police on 101 quoting 0676 07/08/19.
