Police want to trace man after victim is punched 'several times in the face' at city bar

Police have launched an appeal after a man was punched 'several times in the face' at a city bar.

The assault happened at around 12.30am on July 21 in Lloyds No. 1 Bar in Carlton Street.

The victim suffered cuts and bruises.

Police would like to speak to the man pictured in connection with the incident.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: "We’d like to speak to this man in connection with an assault on a man at the Lloyds Bar on Carlton Street, Nottingham, at around 12.30am on 20 July 2019.

"The victim suffered cuts and bruises after he was punched several times in the face.

"If you recognise the man pictured or think you can help, please call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 643 of 21 July 2019, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
