Two men punched and stomped on another man in an Anzac Day altercation at the Hellenic Club, police say.

Police issued images on Thursday of two men alleged to have been involved in the incident, which happened at the Woden club about 6.55pm Sunday, April 25.

The images were taken from CCTV footage in the club. At the time of the assault, one of the men wore a red shirt with black shorts. He has sleeve tattoos on his left arm and hand. The second man wore a light coloured jumper with black pants.

Police ask anyone who can identify these men, or who has other information in relation to this altercation, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or at its website and quote reference 6783973.
