Police want to speak to this woman after train station attack

British Transport Police officers have released a picture of a woman they want to speak to after an assault at a train station.

The assault happened at Leeds Railway Station, police said.

The woman they want to speak about the incident had travelled from Manchester to Leeds.

BTP West Yorkshire posted a picture of the woman on Twitter.

Alongside the photo, they said: "RECOGNISE HER? Officers are trying to identify this female in relation to an assault at Leeds Railway Station.

"If you recognise her you can text us anonymously on 61016, quoting ref: 2000062839."

Transport police in Greater Manchester also tweeted the picture, adding: "Can anyone help out colleagues over in Leeds?

"Female has travelled from Manchester to Leeds aboard a service.

"Do you recognise? Get in contact...."
