Police want to speak to the man in this image in connection with ‘a violent disturbance’ in Tameside last summer.
Officers scrambled to Welbeck Street North, in Tameside at around 7pm on Tuesday, July, 26 to reports of a violent disturbance. Since then, detectives have conducted ‘extensive enquiries’.
GMP say that has resulted in ‘a number of arrests already made in connection’ to the incident. Now, detectives feel they are able to appeal to the public to identify the man in the image who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
DC Ryan O’Hanlon, from the CID at Ashton Police Station, said: “This was a brutal assault carried out in broad daylight in a busy, residential area, with one of the victims still suffering from the injuries he sustained. Our investigation is ongoing and we're keen to identify this person so he can help us with enquiries."
