Police want to speak to this man after a house was burgled in Denton.

Officers were called to Ash Road at around 3am on March 20, following reports a man had attempted to burgle a property.

A man and woman, both in their 30s were inside at the time, but were not hurt.

Damage was caused to the garage as the burglar tried to get in.

Police have now released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the investigation.

A GMP spokesperson said: "Officers have been conducting a number of enquiries and are now appealing for the public's help to identify a man they want to speak to in connection with the investigation."

Information can be given to police by calling 0161 856 9351 or emailing the officer in the case on  15432@gmp.police.uk.
