Police want to speak to four men after victim had leg broken in late-night assault

Police have launched an appeal to track down four men after a victim had his leg broken in a late-night assault.

Officers were called to Wood Street, Mansfield, at around 3am on Sunday, July 14, 2019 after reports of four men attacking another man in the street.

The victim suffered a double fracture to one of his legs as a result of the attack.

After the assault, the four men left the scene via West Gate before walking up a side alley towards Clumber Street near Lexis Night Club, police added.

Nottinghamshire Police is appealing for information and witnesses.
