Police want to find man who missed court appearance - officers believe he is 'actively committing crime'

Police are appealing for help to find a man who has links to south Manchester after he failed to attend court.

35-year-old Michael Todd failed to attend Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on February 3 for a number of driving offences committed in March last year.

Todd was to appear in court last month for driving a motor-vehicle without any third party insurance, driving a motor-vehicle whilst disqualified and for a failure to provide specimen of breath for analysis.

Police are now trying to track the whereabouts of Todd, who is known to frequent the area of Chorlton .

He is also suspected to be actively committing crime in Chorlton and Didsbury.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
