Police want to find man missing in Glasgow 'quickly' as people warned not to approach

THE public are being warned not to approach a man who is missing in Glasgow.

Dogan Atik was last seen at around 7.30pm on Saturday, April 1 in the Rodney Street area in the city centre.

The 30-year-old is described as being 5ft 7in tall with short black hair.

He was last known to be wearing a black parka jacket with a black top underneath, black jogging bottoms and white trainers.

Dogan also has links to the Nottingham area in England.

Officers are trying to find him as quickly as possible. 

Detective Inspector Barrie Kirkland said: “We want to trace Dogan as quickly as possible and I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has seen or spoken to him since the evening of Saturday, 1 April.

“The public should not approach him but should report any sightings to Police Scotland immediately.

“Anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting reference 3923 of 1 April, or speak to any officer.”
