Police uncovered a 'zombie' style knife and a haul of illegal drugs after raiding a house. At around 9am on Wednesday (March 1) officers conducted a drugs warrant at an address on Darlington Avenue, in Crewe.
Two men and a boy were found at the address and during the search, officers found a large quantity of cannabis, psychoactive substances, along with other drug paraphernalia and a number of weapons, including the 'zombie' knife.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply class A and B drugs, while a 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class B drugs (cannabis). Both were later released on bail.

A 26-year-old-man was also arrested being concerned in the supply of class B drugs, he was later released under investigation. The raid was carried out as part of an operation to tackle illegal drugs and weapons in Cheshire.
Sergeant Steve Tandy of Crewe Local Policing Unit, said: “This operation has led to successfully removing a quantity of illegal drugs and weapons from the streets of Crewe.
“Actions such as this shows how we are continuing the fight against illegal drugs within our local community and across wider Cheshire – doing all we can to disrupt these criminals.
“I would urge anyone who spots the signs of this criminal activity to contact us on 101 or via our website. No report is too small or too trivial – each one provides us with vital intelligence that assists us in the fight against this crime type.”
