Police track down and arrest Castle Huntly absconder in Glasgow

Police have tracked down a 29-year-old prisoner who failed to return from home leave.

Sean Bonar was found in Glasgow after breaching the terms of his licence when he did not return to HMP Castle Huntly on Monday.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Police Scotland can confirm that absconder Sean Bonar has been traced in Glasgow and arrested. We would like to thank the public for their assistance."
