Police trace missing Kilmaurs teen safe and well

Police have traced a missing teenager safe and well.

Simba Pemhenai vanished on Wednesday afternoon after moving to Kilmaurs a week ago.

Police thought 15-year-old may have travelled back to Merseyside or possibly London.

Police hunt for Kilmaurs teenager who vanished after moving to Ayrshire  

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Following our social media appeal we can confirm Simba Pemhenai has been traced safe and well.

"Thanks for your shares and assistance."
