Police have swooped on two homes in Motherwell as part of a human trafficking investigation.
Specialist officers executed search warrants at two addresses on Dalriada Crescent and Jerviston Court on Thursday, 8 April.
Three people have been arrested as part of the ongoing investigation by the National Human Trafficking Unit.
Two men, aged 50 and 37, and a 25-year-old woman have been charged in connection with human trafficking offences.

They appeared at Hamilton Sherriff Court on Friday, 9 April, 2021, and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
