'At least 20' police cars swooped on a block of flats in Cardonald earlier today in response to a disturbance.
Police have since advised a man has been taken to hospital following the incident which is understood to have taken place at Queensland Court, near Cardonald train station, to the south west of Glasgow.
An eyewitness earlier told Glasgow Live: 'Police are everywhere. There's at least 20 cars'.
Police were called shortly after 11am this morning.
Police Scotland advised: "A man was taken to hospital for assessment following a disturbance at a property in Queensland Court around 11.10am today."
Further details and the man's condition is unknown at this time.
