Police swoop on cannabis factory in Swansea

South Wales raided a cannabis factory in the Sandfield area of Swansea on Friday August 6 following a tip off.

The Swansea City Centre Neighbourhood Policing Team raided premises and seized a number of cannabis plants which are classed as a Class B drug as well as drug making equipment.

It is not known if any arrests have been made yet in connection with the incident although police are appealing for more information.

South Wales Police tweeted at 9.21pm Friday: "Have acted on information given and located a Cannabis Factory in the Sandfield area of Swansea."
