Police have sealed off a block of flats in Edinburgh amid an ongoing incident.
A large police presence has been spotted in the area of Muirhouse Place in the west of the city this afternoon, Saturday November 21.
Images from the scene show police tape securing off an area around a block of flats.
The entranceway to the building has been blocked with multiple police officers outside.
A squad van was also spotted at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are not known at this time.
The Daily Record have approached Police Scotland for comment.
